Day 65 (1) Damnoen Saduak Floating Market

Th early bird
 catches the worm.

The Damnoen Saduak Floating Market is about 110 kms west of Bangkok, is the most popular floating market in Thailand. It is also a nice place for tourists to see the traditional way of selling and buying food, fruits, vegetables. You can take a guided boat tour, sit on the boat, enjoy delicious food in the beautiful morning.

In order to avoid the tourists, we woke up in the early morning to catch minivan at Victory Monument station. It takes about 2-2.5 hours to get there.

The busy floating market.

Mango sticky rice $50B

The woman is painting the elephant.

I saw this necklace with real tiger teeth in one of the shops. It looks nice and I wanted to buy it, but toooooo expensive.

After one hour walking around at Damnoen Saduak floating market, we moved on to our next stop, Mea Klong Railroad Market.

Walk out of the floating market, take songthaew $8B to somewhere then switch to the bus.

Here comes our blue bus!

Everything in Thailand is colorful, even the license plate.

Zoe's face was like "Dafuq are you doing?"

Have fun taking weird photos on the empty bus.

WTF!?

Now heading to MeaKlong Railroad Market!
To be countinued......
